When I upgraded to Windosw XP and then used the Windows 2000 janus drivers. I was unable to get a Viewable PC window With AccessDTV. I could use the software and view HDTV mode Fine.
Today I Installed the newest Radeon Drivers WXP_radeon_6_13_3276.exe . Now everything is working just fine.
There must be something wrong with the radeon drivers that automatically install with windows XP.
