Is it possible to reset the order of the steps in an activity? IE: 1 Turn on AVR. 2 turn on TV. 3 Turn on STB. Change it to. 1 Turn on TV 2 Turn on AVR. 3 Turn on STB. I need to have TV turn on first because it needs to warm up before it can receive any other IR commands. Therefore when it is off, it "misses" the IR command to set the input on the TV when we "watch TV" from an off state. Do you follow me? Thanks

If you call Harmony's tech support, they'll be able to help you. (I just got off the phone with them about 4 hours ago with a similar issue). In my case, I need the a/v receiver to come on first, then for a few seconds to elapse before the TV is turned on, or else the stupid S-Video input on the TV (12 years old, so I forgive it) won't lock onto the video signal. It's not possible to do this via the user-accessible website, but tech support can.

go into the TV and there there should be a turn on delay, justmake it longer

Anthony is correct. Under the "TV" device, click "More Options" and then "Adjust the Delays". Increase the "Power On Delay" to the number of seconds needed. If you're still having problems, give Harmony a call.

I had the same prob- changed the power-on delay to 4700ms and it works fine now,

Harmony's prompt email response told me the same thing. I am up to 9000 ms now. The 50V500 has a long warm up period. Harmony told me to use my regular remote and turn it on, then count how long before I had picture. That takes 7-8 seconds. I have been tweaking by 500 MS at a time to try and make it consistent. Very happy with the remote though. I wouldn't call this a bug or anything, just a matter of fine tuning.

btw does anybody have harmony's email suppoort address? It used to be listed in the remote setup website (if you had problems) but now its nowhere to be seen.... (or i didnt look hard enough)
