Adding a Crestron ADMS to an Adagio AES

1141 Views 2 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  total control
I have an Adagio AES with 3 Apads and 1 TPS4L. It was programmed by a Crestron installer, but the company closed and I do not have a copy of the program.

I know that before it was programmed, I setup the Adagio and Apads using the out of the box setup.

Can I add a Crestron ADMS using the Adagio plug and play, or does it need to be programmed?

Ask the owner of the former company for the files, and/or get the name of the guy that programmed it.

Why was it programmed, if the Adagio and Apads worked 'out of the box'? Just curious.

Sorry I can't answer your main question, would if I could.

But I would guess that it needs to be programmed. Surprised to hear that an Adagio and Apads could be used 'out of the box'.

No, you cannot use the out of the box setup to add the ADMS.

That functionality only works with the AAS, CEN-IDOC, and APADs as I recall, and was never updated for ADMS.
