I was recently able to get my replay 3030 to recognize 2 hard drives at once.I bought a power cord that could support both drives in addition to an IDE cable at radio shack that had three slots. One for the board, one for the original hard drive and one for the second hard drive. The second hard drive was also from another 3030.
All I had to do to get it recognized in the 411 zones screen was change the shunts on the hard drives. I had to change the original to Master and the second one to slave. Both are default on cable select.
The only problem I am having is getting the second drive to add to the available recording time. However, I have got it to come up on the 411 zones screens. Any ideas out there???? I noticed on the replaytvfaq.com site it said that this had not been done before. I hope this helps add to the breakthroughs lately.
