Chevk your settings and make sure any eco mode is off. Perhaps the firmware update turned on eco settings for modes that didn't originally have eco on. Nice signature by the way. I'm hoping something new is coming our way on that front soon.
Good question Mate , to see how bad are there intents , Samsung doesn't allow any qled tv to be restored to the previous " healthy firmware " and refuses to give us our " customer right " to downgrade from a firmware that damage " intentionally " by Samsong our " own tvs " .Sounds really messed up! But if you can find the older firmware that worked fine somewhere on the net, should it not be possible to update back to that via USB? Or does the TV require that the firmware is newer than the present one, or it will not perform the update?
by the way what firmware do you have installed in your tv ? which tv model ? how do you use your tv ?
sadly , it didn't succed , impossible to downgrade , thnx for your advice
I've checked every option in the whole settings menu , even " ecomode " is already disabled , with the same settings now with 1497 firmware , my tv was bright and the sdr upscaling was stunning with the previous 1460 firmware in PC MODE .maybe take a look in the service menu ?
yep , something has to be done about this , but by the way what firmware did you receive until now ?Too bad it did not work to downgrade!
You should totally group-sue them for negatively altering and partially destroying the product they sold you. This behavior should be deemed criminal, both against the costumers and the environment (by creating more e-waste), and not be allowed.
Personally I will not buy a Samsung product again after hearing about this.
