Ads hdup-1500?

Does anyone own, use or have past experiences with the ADS HDUP-1500? I picked one up a few years ago and have since put it in storage. It seemed too flaky handling VHS at the time and new equipment made me take it out of my rack.


I am considering using it again in my family room for VHS and Laserdisc processing. Thoughts?
