It depends with what source you intend to use it.

Me I'am using a 19" monitor with a HDTV stb and using the vga 15pin connection to hook it up to my computer monitor.

The image is more "film like" and it is almost 3 dimensionnal. Awesome.

To me besides a nice Crt projector, there is nothing that will take your breath away then a nice PC monitor.

If I had the money, I would have an Hitachi CM828B 20" or a Sony FW900 24". There is no better picture on this planet; Pixel for pixel!

The biggest drawbacks with PC monitor is there is a maximum size for the time being of 22" diagonally...

But a CRT is also big bangs for your bucks!

But I would definitely watch for those OLED panels coming soon that will sweep away the LCD market in a second. It is simply awwwwwwwwwesome, nothing less.

Take a look on the right of this page, you see an LCD small display compare to the one with OLED. From it's side you can clearly see the picture with the OLED techonlogy! The LCD well you don't. That is why I never chose an LCD based display either for my PC or Tv purposes.

Can't wait to get my hands on a OLED display!

"That" will certianly be worth the wait.
