Advice on ISF Calibration

I have a new Mitsu 65813 and after some early overscan and focus issues, the TV is starting really perform. I am now considering paying for an ISF calibration and am wondering the pro and cons of all of that.


Can someone tell me what to expect as far as improvements, any particular scams I should be aware of and ballpark costs I would face?
