I need to get a very inexpensive receiver that will do the following.

Take inputs from a media streamer (HDMI), a Wii (component), cd changer (analog) and process all the audio in the receiver, and pass all the video to the LCD over a single HDMI.

Is this the HDMI pass through, HDMI repeating, HDMI upscaling or something else entirely?

Does Yamaha or Denon offer something rather inexpensive that will do this?

I dont need the new bluray decoding and it only needs to be 5.1

Thanks in advance.

Quite a few receivers can convert from component video to HDMI. Some receivers have had problems doing it with the Wii though, for some reason. Just giving you a heads up.

The feature is often called HDMI Upconversion - that is to say, analog video is converted to HDMI.
