I remember awhile back, people were talking about setting up an account with an address in Hong Kong and then downloading things from the Hong Kong store, like the Ridge Racer 7 demo and the trailer for the PS3 game Afrika. So finally, I did what I needed to do, to be able to access the Hong Kong online Playstation store, but I can't find the Afrika trailer anywhere?? I did download the Ridge Racer 7 demo of course.

Looks like its gone, I checked Japan too (they still have 007 Casino Royale if you are interested)...If you have a CF/Memory card greater than 123MB I can copy it for you. I still have it on my machine.


Ps...did you see all the RR7 tracks and stuff? What is that all about? It's under the RR7 downloadable content.

That's for people that own the full version of RR7. I'm not sure if you need to own the Japanese or Hong Kong version of RR7 or if it works on all versions. It doesn't have anything to do with the demo though.

as for trailers, if you visit apple's movie trailer page, and you have the quicktime alternative plugin for mozilla, you can download their HD Trailers in /mov format.


This is basically avc in a different containter, so all you have to do is mux it.


Use Yamb to mux it [google it], and you have PS3 HD Trailers of up and coming movies!

Could you explain what "mux it" means?

its a process of combining the audio and video into a container file.


In the case of mov>mp4, all it's doing is changing the container, as they're both avc mp4
