I want to relocate my Denon 6300 so I purchased a 50’ Amazon Basics Fiber HDMI cable. This is a directional cable. I tested the cable before fishing. Playing a 4K test video with Dolby Atmos & Vision worked fine through a 4K Apple TV. When I tried to use the built in Netflix app on my LG B9 I didn’t get any audio. No speakers/audio encoding appeared in my AVR display. I reconnected my existing 2m cable and ARC audio lit up.

I know that ARC is a bit of a crapshoot but it does work with a shorter, non-directional cable. This Amazon fiber cable is significantly less expensive than other brands. I have all CEC/HDMI/ARC setting enabled on both the tv and AVR.

Anything else I should try before I return this cable for another one?
