Well been in contact with nxg about my no sound from sub issue. They and I believe something happened to the amp. They have been more than helpful and are very quick to respond. I am sending the amp to them so they can check it out. Hopefully I will be up and running soon. They did state this is not an issue they have seen but I do understand defects happen in everything so not hateful about it. Hopefully this solves my issue. I'm barely getting anything from the subwoofer. Was working great went to move it to a different location for sound testing. Heard a click/thump and got very little output after that. Thought it was a receiver issue but now I just don't know. Both items are brand new. Everything works great on receiver still but no other sub to test with. Will report back after I get new or old amp back. Nxg has been wonderful with responding. Will deff do business with them in the future.
