Hi guys,

I have a 52" XBR5 and I have this annoying problem,

Whenever I watch a documentary film or a movie, I see those tiny sparkling dots popping in the background (ie. blue sky, ocean, dark sky and etc)

If you don't know what I mean, think of those movies from the 60's where everything is filmed with Black and white colors only and sometimes you can see those very tiny dots in the background popping and disappearing within a matter of second. I always thought this was due to the quality of the film.

I can only see this problem in a document film or a movie and only in the background. When I watch news, I don't see this problem.

I don't think it is a dead pixel. But what is this?

Is this normal?

Please advise me what this is and if possible, is there any way to fix this? Maybe it's a poor signal or tuner problem or just the source of the film is poor?
