OK, I have a windows 8.1 htpc with a ceton infinitv4 tuner installed. I'm having an annoying issue. Every time I restart the htpc, when I go into a WMC to watch live TV it says it can't find the TV signal. To fix I have to go into settings and go thru the TV signal setup again and then everything is fine again. Anybody ever had this issue? Luckily the htpc isn't restarted too often but it's annoying. Is there a fix? Thanks
