In my latest battle with Directv over this regional sports thing, I was told that there is no regional baseball coverage like hockey and basketball.


My question to you folks is, does anyone get baseball games on their regional sports network (fox sports, msg, yes for example) without subscribing to the MLB package?

If you live in the NY area, you should be able to see Yankees on YES and Mets on FSNY (I think), blackout free, since they are your home teams and RSNs. Do you subscribe to locals? When the Yankees are on WCBS or Mets on WPIX, are they blacked out?
