I just upgraded my two year old Replay 3030 from 90 gigs to 240 gigs. It had it's original Quantum Drive and a Maxtor 60gig that I put in it when I first got it. Fry's had a sale for $129 for a 120-gig Western Digital WD1200 series, so I got two. I used the large clusters in my installation and everything went smoothly.

In case anybody's wondering what's holding up the drive... It's a internal zip drive bracket and a motherboard spacer on the other side.

So far, no problems.... it actually runs cooler than my previous upgrade (the orignal 30gig+a maxtor 60gig). I'm gonna fill the hd with some shows and zones and see if I encounter any problems, but as of yet nothing has gone wrong.
