I'm looking into buying the Channel Master 3671, which is a combo UHF/VHF/FM. I like to hook the antenna up to my Hughes-E86 and Yamaha receiver for the FM reception. Do I need a combiner or multiswitch in order to this to work? I'm a newbie, so any help is greatly appreciated.

A $2.99 splitter should work fine, if your signal is strong enough.
