Description/Question:
After last nights call my local antenna channels are gone. I live in zip
code 78749. I've tried to re-setup the system by changing the antenna
input and then changing it back with no luck. I tried zip code 78735 and
nothing is bringing back my local antenna channels. Jeff
Resolution:
We have a server problem nationwide that is interfering with the download
of antenna channels. I have the same problem here on my Replay at tech
support. Hopefully by Monday the problem will be fixed. I would suggest
that you plug your antenna directly into the TV until we can get this
resolved. Thank you for your patience.
