Here's my information:

TV Fool Report (basically all green): http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...b7c80c2db5c544

I will need VHF & UHF as I have a FOX station which is on Channel 7.

I currently have an indoor radio shack antenna

which works reasonably well ... some cut-out with weather and sometimes we have to move around the telescoping antennas to get the right reception.

My wife hates to have to adjust it and also hates the look of the large telescoping antennas. So I have to either get a better looking more compact antenna or move it outside. I will also be adding a TV to an upstairs room which I would also need to be connected to an antenna - either another indoor antenna or connected to the same outdoor one for the main tv.

Can anyone recommend a good antenna/antennas for my situation?

If you want an outdoor antenna, the smallest UHF/VHF combo that I know of is the RCA ANT751 . It should work well if all you want are the cluster of stations to the southwest of you.

+1 on k_ross' antenna suggestion. Aim it at a compass direction of ~210°.

With your signal strength, you should be able to split the coax to two TVs, no problem. And you won't have to futz with the rabbit ears any more, just to get that pesky VHF channel.
