It's an impossible question to answer. You need to sort out which type of antenna you NEED, based on where the transmitters are, what's the terrain like between you and the stations, are they VHF or UHF (and are they moving back to VHF in 2009) and so on. But just FYI - the DB8 is OK but is not the best UHF antenna, and does not receive VHF-hi. The CM4228 is a similar design but has some VHF-hi pickup, and is less expensive than the DB8. The CM4228 and the 91XG are generally thought of as being the two best generally-available UHF antennas, but you would not use either of them for fringe VHF.
