Any AVR or stereo receivers on the market with Apt-X bluetooth

I cannot find any stereo receivers, no AVRs, that have apt-x bluetooth.

The Dayton Audio Apa102BT does but I would like to find a receiver that does.

Are there any? Any been updated via firmware to have it?

Also, assuming there are none, are the $40 to $100 apt-x HD receivers on Amazon worth hooking up to stereo receiver via RCA?

There are a lot on Amazon but in the reviews, it did not seem people are hooking them up to quality receivers/amplifiers so you cannot determine if good products from those reviews.
