I think so. However, I am not going to do anything to it until the warranty ends and toshiba has announced (or just doesn't) release any SW upgrades.

You could buy a better computer for $500, I hear the CPU is only a 2.2GHZ Pentium 4.

How many people bought in a device only find out the chip in the device has a flaw and you have to live with it or replace it?
