Has anybody done and/or posted their results comparing a Panamorph and an ISCO II ?

If someone has done this I would be very interested in hearing their results and observations.

Thank you

Bryan,

I didn't do one but I do remember someone did and the results were about the same. Basically if you want to stretch the width of a picture, (good if you want wide screen but have limited room depth), get the ISCO-2. If you want to squeeze the picture vertically and have the room length to get the width you want, get the panamorph.

Hope this helps,

Phil

Phil,

I think it's the opposite--

The ISCO II stretches the image, so you need a wider, 1.78:1 screen (at least). The Panamorph squeezes the image, so you can stay with your old 4:3 screen.

P.S. on second read, I may have misinterpreted what you were trying to say.
