I ordered mine from DirecTV 2 weeks ago.


Anybody know when these are shipping?

Some folks who ordered theirs on Tuesday have reported delivery, so you might want to call them at 888 355-7530 and ask about the status of your order. It will probably help if you have an order no. to reference too.

I called them again, of course they had no order in their system. Make sure you get an order number when you call. They are now saying 2-5 biz days.

Ordered mine Tuesday a.m. and received it today. Up and running. However, as reported elsewhere, lost my guide data for 543 only. Initially it was fine, now says To Be Announced. Hughes HIRD E-86.

How are they being shipped? UPS, FEDEX, Airborne, USPS?

I ordered mine Wednesday, but they said they were having supply problems. They called this morning, Friday, and said it was ready to be shipped, took my credit card info, and said I should have it in 5 business days or less. They said it would ship FedEx and tracking information would be available in about 24 hours. They did say the package would have to be signed-for, so I will have to be home when it is delivered.

Ordered mine yesterday and was told that it would come within 2-5 business days via fed-ex.

Ordered mine on Tuesday (after going through 5 CSR's and told 2-5 business days) and it arrived yesterday by FedEx. I ordered with the install and they stated someone would call within a couple of days to set it up, so we'll see if that part happens, but shipment was quick. Box indicates its a Channel Master LNB.
