Any idea why one blu-ray rip requires certificate?
So I picked up made here in canada since it looks like it will never show up on blu-ray released in america.
Just wondering i have ripped alot of discs, some i include the certificate some i forget.
THis one however would not play without, i have never encountered this, could someone explain?

Yes i ran anydvd prior. I also originally used dvdfab.
