Has anyone ever actually gotten service or replacement from this company? I seem to be having a bit of trouble because I didnt have the original receipt after almost 2 years but the store was kind of enough to email both of us a screen print of the receipt. Now they say the receipt doesn't have enough information. The receipt doesn't have the serial number of my tv on it or whether it was a refurbished or new model. Is this common practice for internet warranty providers?

Well after getting the run around the company claimed they were shipping me a new tv. After failing to provide a tracking number they claimed the set they ordered was sold out. They were going to have to order from another place but then they stop responding to emails. Now I get a we've gone but of business message from them. They listed a couple of other companies to talk to about the warranty but they both say they never heard of them or my contract number. Guess I'm out of money and a TV
