Has anyone ever actually gotten service or replacement from this company? I seem to be having a bit of trouble because I didnt have the original receipt after almost 2 years but the store was kind of enough to email both of us a screen print of the receipt. Now they say the receipt doesn't have enough information. The receipt doesn't have the serial number of my tv on it or whether it was a refurbished or new model. Is this common practice for internet warranty providers?
