Any reason not to get this tv?

I have had my eye on a Mits 73833 for a while now. Ive admittedly done less research than I should have. My local store is going to have this set on sale for one day this Sunday and I am having a superbowl party so that would be a bonus. So I need to decide.

Any reason not to get this set?

Televisions are so subjective and personal it is tough IMO to give a firm answer.

I will say I LOVE my 73833 and my wife says no reason to go to a football game anymore since the players are life sized now

It is huge, quiet and has a great picture particularly after a full calibration.
