I know that Amazon Cloud music (or Google music) is pretty new. But with some AVRs starting to support AirPlay for iTunes, Rhapsody, Pandora, and other streaming services, I was wondering if any current AVR on the market can stream music directly from the Amazon Cloud service?


If not, what AVR manufacturer is in a position to easily add this service via a firmware update, or has a track record of adding new streaming services?


I need to buy a new AVR within the next few months and would really like to get one with this capability. If not then I guess I'll resort to using DLNA to access a local copy of my music downloaded to a PC.

Can't say for sure, but Spotify just came to the USA last month and Onkyo was quick to add it via a firmware update to the 2011 models. For now, it might be easier to just stream from the Amazon Cloud to a network AVR using a PC and Airfoil.
