Any word on HD NBA Games For DTV NBA Pass Customers??

I'm not sure if you are referring to NBA League Pass being similar to NFL Sunday Ticket in HD. I don't think that will happen for a few years.


However, last year, DirecTV agreed to carry NBA TV games in HD. The same should apply for this year.

somewhat off topic.. but does anyone know if i can get League Pass ala carte from DirecTV? Currently Vooming..

I emailed NBA.com about this and they responded that it is a possibility that they will have games this year but I highly doubt that. I can see the NBA having games in HD next year.


Comcast I believe since it has INHD will recieve the NBA TV channel games in HD. Same goes for Cablevision and Time Warner and Cox.


Check the NBA.com website and go to NBA TV to find out more info. They list if your area/carrier carries the games.

NBATV broadcast quite a few games in HD last year. I know D* picked up some of them on the special events HD channel. There was also some 1st round playoff games that showed up on ch.84.
