I'm looking at Photographic Backdrop rollers. They come in motorized four around 5-600 or so, for a 10' wide roller. (I need 10' or 12', not sure what 8' would be).


A friend of mine suggested it, I don't have a link handy though just a paper catalog. Do a google search on Photographic Backdrop roller, etc.

Try www.dennymfg.com they seem to have 'motor in the roller' although I haven't tried one of these yet.

They also sell multiple roller systems, so you could build a masking solution also.
