Haven't seen any in the area yet. I wouldn't expect it since it is one of the the big titles that will unlikely "slip through the cracks" and make its way onto the shelves early. Best Buy/Circuit City have it advertised in the Sunday ad and Frys' system will red-flag it if you try to purchase it before the street date.

hmm... maybe your close enough to go into mexico. mexican retailers are known to us 360 owners to blow open wide street dates for games at least. not so sure about HD movies.

I don't think B&M stores are going to break street date with such a high profile release, although some might starting tomorrow for the $100 instant rebate promotion
