Just wondering if anybody has seen the new Pioneer Elite PRO-1120HD or PRO-920HD plasmas that are supposedly due in stores in October?

I haven't actually seen them in the stores yet, but I have had some evaluation time with them and I was thoroughly impressed. With the new ISF C3 control system, I can connect my laptop to the display with an RS232 cable and do a complete calibration without even picking up the remote.

Will you be able to do this type of calibration with the new Fujitsu's? Can you tell us more about what is needed to do this type of home calibration?

There is a post here with a nice review on the new series. Sounds promising. Are they cosmetically different?

Yes, I'm very interested in seeing these new Pio plasmas. The primary reason for me asking is that I have the opportunity to get the 43" Pio Elite at a heavily discounted price (around 5K from a BM store). This is a great deal to say the least! However, given the advances in technology encompansed in the new model, maybe I should pass up this good deal and wait for the new one, at a higher cost of course. Opinions on this are appreciated? Thanks!
