I've talked with their sales staff a few times, but have never ordered. They seem to be pretty friendly, and other web sites have given them good marks for price and service.

I am a denizen of Uncle's. They've been around for a while, and I've been treated very good by them, especially Vivek, the owner. If there is ever a problem, it's handled with class--they issue the call tag, have the shipping company pick up the product, and you get a new one, no questions asked. Although they're a discount house, they're also in it for the long haul.
