I think I first heard about this unit from your CEDIA writeup. It certainly looks attractive.
Anyway, I managed to find my way to the dealer today. Unfortunately, the
dealer had taken down the setup, so I didn't get a chance to hear it. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/frown.gif
I did get to flip through the manual, though. I was disappointed to find that the crossovers are fixed at 80 Hz in classic THX style. The good news is that it has 24/192 DACS on 7 channels. The dealer does't know who
makes the DACs. It also has an analog 7.1 input, although through a less than ideal RCA to D-Sub connector. The dealer doesn't know if it has
analog passthru.
That's about all I had time to ascertain. I had a 3-year in tow and he was
a little less than thrilled sitting in a dim room with nothing to do but
watch me flip through a manual.
BTW, the MSRP is $4000.

The Integra Research DAC's are from Apogee (in both the controler and the DVD player).
