I recorded a Asian Drama Episode created from a playlist on my E80. I recorded this to a blank Comp Usa dvd-r that a friend gave me. Episode lasted about 60 minutes. I recorded this in LP mode so she could add 3 more episodes to this dvd-r. I did not finalize the dvd-r before i gave it back to her. But when she tried to record the 2nd episode to this dvd-r on her E30 it told her the dvd-r was full. I told her that was impossible. I told her it was recorded in LP mode and not finalized. She had looked at the bottom of the dvd-r to see it was only partially recorded. I asked her to try and finalize the dvd-r and it would not let her. So what could be the problem?

I had an E30 and my E80, they were not always compatible. A disc recorded on one machine could not be finalized on the other. I don't know if this is a fluke or normal between different Panny models.
