Actually not my first post, but had to re-register due to the long time since my last post. Read these boards all of the time, just don't post much.


At any rate, I know of four Sharp projector situations (mine included) between Austin and San Antonio that seem to be taking inordinate time - like over 3 months - to resolve? Anyone else having the same experience and any suggestions on how to get better service from Sharp. These are all design related flaws that Sharp has acknowledged and agreed to fix on their nickel, but appear to be taking their sweet time fixing despite numerous escalations at Sharp. Needless to say, Sharp will not be getting another home theater dollar from me given this apparent lack of concern over service. Any ideas?
