I am running XP and have a Radeon 8500 (128mb) with the latest driver from Radeon and my icons sometimes goes completely black on my screen. Some icons like MS word will be there one minute and not there the next minute.


Any ideas or settings I should change?

You need to increase your windows icon cache size, so get some kinda windows tweak program that allows it. Unless someone knows the registry or system.ini setting to increase it.
