If so, I am looking for how to track the shipment.

Samsung gave me a tracking number, and said the shipper is "Eagle" from a warehouse in Louisiana.

I am in Philly, no Eagle here that I know of, and I have as yet been able to find this place.

Anyone who had a replacement this way who can tell me how to find the company?

Believe it or not, Samsung can't--or as usual, won't.
