Anyone have any experience with BAX Global?

Ordered from sonystyle.com and they use BAX as their shipper for large tv's. Just wanted to hear any stories (good or bad) as I have not dealt with them before.

I was a freight fowarder before becoming a DN tech, BAX(former Burlington Global)Had a good reputation.So I believe you can expect good svc from them
