I have an X1 that I'm trying to feed multiple S-vid inputs with. Was wondering if anyone has any experience with this video switch .

I was also wondering if it would be worth it to get AA's 1155 in lieu of the Sony product. Is it better to spend the extra $80 to go with the AA, as opposed to going with the Sony.

My application is the S-video only, I don't care about the audio portion of either product.

Thank you in advance for any advice you can share with me.

Finally a response!!

I'm using a Sony STD-935, or something like that. I'm not at home now so I can't check, but I'm not sure it has an s-vid output. I know it has several inputs(s-vid) though. Won't be interested in switching component until I get a new HD sat receiver. Right now I'm just interested in s-vid for my dvd, xbox, and sat box.

If your receiver has s-video inputs, then it will have at least one s-video output...

Have you used up all the inputs and that's why you need the switcher?

Or are you trying to share an output, to switch between a tv and a projector?

Your post isn't real clear regarding what you're trying to achieve. And the subject doesn't detail what the 'product' is.

If you could clarify on those, i think you would get a greater response.
