Are these considered entry level speakers or are they mid line speakers? How do they sound? Would I be happy with them for 75% HT use and 25% music use?


The room I have now isn't the room I'd be upgrading speakers in so I have no idea what the dimensions would be.

An excellent topic for the dedicated JBL Owner's Thread.

These are a cut above mid-level in terms of performance. Given the small price difference, the L890 is a better choice. They do require a fair amount of power to be driven well, preferably over 100WPC real power.
