I have been receiving HDNet for months. Suddenly last night and again this morning, I get a black screen with the "For ordering information please call customer service. . ." This happens after 10 AM and before 2 AM. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yep. Has anyone called?

As covered in other threads, they changed their packages. Call and ask the CSR to check the box for HD. I called, it took less then a minute.

Thanks fellows! I get my service through Pegasus. The first CSR had no clue and wanted to connect me to tech support. I called again and within seconds had HDNet back on. I appreciate your help!
