Anyone heard if Best Buy will have Pat Metheny's HD DVD on Tuesday?

I was just at a BB in Ma. and the guy took a look in the back and said he didn't see this one with the new releases..

I was wondering if anyone has heard anything in their area....

I want this also, Pat is a crazy SOB

this will be a sweet pickup, I doubt this being in stores like BB though, I am thinking online purchase for this one

Pat Metheny's The Way Up HD-DVD is not available anymore for preorder at Amazon. Could be that the release date is temporarily moved to an indifinite date?
