Anyone heard the new Ohm speakers?

(His current buy idea is Monitor Audio Silver 300s, which he likes because they are slim. He is very fixated on slim).

Only way to know is to try a pair. They are generally liberal in their return policy. A pair of the new 1000s would be a good place to start. Contact them for details and suggested models based on room size and usage. Lots of finish options! They will design to your needs.
