Anyone know of a HD PAL receiver card

I'm seeking any information available on PC HD PAL receiver cards for the Australian HD PAL system. At present to my knowledge the only set top box available to recieve HD in Australia is a DG-tec receiver but it's output is analog and I would like a HD receiver card for my HTPC. I heard a rumor for a while that Haupage were looking at making one but I've heard no more. Anyone had any whispers lately or know of one available.
