You might want to call your local Toshiba authorized servicer for this one.
I've found that most of the newer less than 45" "tabletop models" have a one piece frensel screen/protector unit that cannot be separated. Your servicer will be able to look this up by specific model# and tell you for sure.
I did it on my set. Not terribly difficult, but be really careful with the screen assembly as the fresnel and lenticular screens are quite flimsy and pretty expensive to replace. What you want to do is remove the black tape holding the 3 sheet together at the bottom and slide the protective screen out from the front and place it in the back. It has to face the same direction or it'll stick to the fresnel (it'll look like water is trapped inside), so make sure the front is clean before you start.
