When I powered up my LT150 last night, the image was flickering very oddly and it looked like there was a "haze" over the entire image. I tried changing settings, etc, and couldn't get rid of it. Power cycling the projector (but not unplugging) worked. This has happened once or twice before... anyone else seen this?

I had a similar problem with my A+K X10 DLP projector. The image was flickering and the colors were a little bit wrong. It showed to be a dead blowfly in the projector. Presumably it messed up the sensor for the color wheel. The same can happen with dust in the projector that mess up the sensor.

When the fly fell out the projector worked ok again.

Could be a bad bulb or bad powersupply. Remove the bulb and inspect it (with PJ off and cooled of course). If bulb looks OK try to reseat the bulb and blow the DMD chamber (under the black flap on top of the brown optical chamber) with air pump or compressed air (becareful so liquid does not squirt out if can is tilted). Otherwise you best call tech. support and utilize NEC excellent service. Unplugging the PJ may cold reset it and fix many problems.
