The title says it all. I've been kicking around the idea of how best to get 3D working with my Panasonic 58VT25 HDTV. I'm down to a Panasonic DMP-BD100, a PS3 or a 6850 video card for my HTPC. I would like to just make the HTPC 3D capable instead of adding a component to my entertainment system. So I was curious to know if any of you are using a 6850 for 3D Blu-ray playback? I do have an NVIDIA GTX460 which I don't recommend. I couldn't get it to work and it gave me issues with black screens when switching inputs that I never had with my current ATI 4550. I'm good all the way through the chain with a Pioneer 1120 receiver, HDMI 1.4 cables, TMT 3 software. Any opinions would be appreciated.

While I like the idea of having one box do all my playback as in my HTPC with a 6850, I also like the simplicity of a stand alone that just works. Cost wise a 6850 is on par pretty much with a stand alone Panasonic 3D player. Then there is the PS3. The PS3 is probably more future proof then the Panasonic player. I hardly ever game and I already have an Xbox 360 and Wii, so gaming doesn't sway me to the PS3. Then there is the cost of the Harmony adapter for the PS3 to stay with one remote to control everything. I think I need to pick up a 6850 and be done with it. Keep it all in one box with one remote.
