Thinking about buying these and was wondering if anyone owns them, is using them or has ever tried them in their system. They come in standard and bi-wire configuration. Thanks

I don't have the SPM, I've got the Red Dawn, which is either a step up or down, can't remember. At the time I bought them, I think the Red Dawn were the top of the line.

The one great thing about flatline cables is that they're flat. Beyond that, I couldn't hazard a guess at whether I'm really noticing any sonic benefits, or I just bought into hype.

I'd a/b them with something solidly constructed, but cheap. I'd be interested in your conclusions. Yes, by the way, mine are bi-wired, and I don't know whether that adds or subtracts or does nothing at all.

I have the Nordost SPM reference interconnects and speaker cable. They are very expensive, fortunately I paid 25% of the cost. The performance: It's as if they aren't in the system. I guess that is the whole point. So I guess they are as good as they get. One qualm: they are flat cables. That really bugs me. It is great for long runs using red dawn or blue heavan, but for Reference???? But they are very, very, good. Better then Transparent. I know of a person who traded in a complete Transparent reference set from his entire system for the Nordost SPM.
