I know this belongs to the Classified section but since this is HDTV recorder forum, I thought I'd mention that I have brand new Panasonic HDTV recorder in the box.


What would be the fair price for it? The last one on Ebay closed at shocking $1900 !

For I live in Europe, Does it play PAL?

Is the tape speed for HDTV the same as in europe?, for although we do not have HDTV, we do have D-vhs recorders, but they are downwards compatible to VHS and the better one's also S-vhs, and these formats do run on a faster tapespeed on NTSC than they do run in PAL, so two speeds would be the best solution I gues.


And does it support 220V?

I'm not sure what the standard is in Europe but the Panasonic HDTV receiver does have a standard NTSC output.
